Summary: Very comfortable room, we loved the bed and the amount of space! Being able to use the TV to stream from our phones was also appreciated as we are not big cable TV watchers.

Summary: We had a short stay, we were only in town for a concert, but everything was great. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We had a 2br suite with a full kitchen. It was spacious and comfortable enough for 3 adults(was supposed to be 4). The location was close enough to Roger's Stadium(not the Roger's center in downtown Toronto), just take into account concert traffic which made the commute much longer. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within a short 5-10 minute drive. The beds and pillows were super soft, maybe too soft for me at first but i was still able to get some sleep. The free continental breakfast was good and they also have like a little happy hour 2 days a week with a free lite bites and wine/beer to purchase. All in all if I come back to this area. I would definitely book again.

Summary: This hotel was lovely, it was clean, staff helpful, I really enjoyed that the suite had a full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dish soap, cloths, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. We recently stayed at another Suites style hotel that was missing all these extras and they really do make a difference in your stay. Continental breakfast was good. Just want to warn other potential guests that there is a convention centre across the street from this hotel that was BLASTING, and I do mean blasting, loud bass until 1 am on a Sunday night. It was so loud that our vehicle was vibrating when we entered the hotel parking lot, my kids were terrified by how loud it was when we got out of the car, and we could feel the vibrations in our beds until 1 am and we weren't even on the side closest to the convention centre. Hotel staff tried to get police to shut it down to no avail. This really did impact our sleep (despite 3 white noise machines) and while it's no fault of the hotel, future guests should be aware.

Summary: The room looks so good however its not that clean, the floors were untidy with glitters and hair strands, we requested for cleaning the next day but seems that no vacuum cleaning happened and not all the towels are changed.

Summary: From check in to check out everything was great! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and happy hour bbq were amazing, the room was spotless and the beds super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
